The energy body, the subtle body, is what really makes yoga a deeper and more spiritual practice. Rather than a stretching and strengthening workout. In our hurried world, many of us don’t have time to dig into the roots and reasons of what makes yoga such an incredible practice.

Designed for teachers and curious practitioners alike. Margi’s workshop weaves alignment-informed asana with exploration of the subtle body. Offering a grounded and accessible dive into how breath, internal locks (bandhas) and energetic pathways support stability, ease and flow – on and off the mat.
