STEADY IN THE STORM (ONLINE)

YOGA FOR UNCERTAIN TIMES

In a world that often feels unpredictable, how can we stay grounded and clear, steady in the storm?

Join Margi Young for this class which combines yoga with ancient wisdom practices to give us tools in our toolkit for dealing with challenging times, finding ways to steady the body and calm the mind.

Through mindful movement and reflection, we’ll investigate how ancient teachings can help us meet modern uncertainty with greater ease and steadiness.

In this in-depth yoga, yoga philosophy and meditation workshop, we explore practical, accessible tools for our toolkits for dealing with sometimes overwhelming life.
