Niroga Institute, an Alameda-based non-profit, is commemorating Mental Health Awareness month in May with a 31 day mindfulness challenge. I'm honored to be a guest teacher for the challenge! Join me in supporting their mission to bring mindfulness education to underserved youth in the Bay Area and beyond.


What: 31-minute movement, breath, and/or meditation practices delivered straight to your inbox every day in May

Why: Niroga is seeking donations on a $31-$313 sliding scale (give what you can; no one will be turned away for lack of funds) to help bring mindfulness to students, educators, and parents in Title 1 school communities — those with at least 40% of students from low-income families

Practice 31 minutes of mindfulness per day for 31 days and strengthen your own resilience while supporting youth who need it most!
