Rockridge is the first of all the Namaste yoga studios and holds a very special place in the Namaste family & East Bay community. Opened ten years ago by owner Kimberly Leo, an Oakland native and devoted yoga practitioner, it is situated in the center of Oakland’s charming Rockridge district.
