The bulk of the series will be centered in the physical practice, giving you the opportunity to explore the proper alignment of foundational poses and get comfortable with commonly used terminology. You will also learn how to use your breath to find stability and ease in your body. You will also learn a bit about the history and philosophy of yoga, the different styles of yoga and learn what sets yoga apart from other forms of physical activity.
This workshop will be relaxed and fun and you will be encouraged to ask questions. No experience necessary. Come with an empty stomach, a flexible mind, and comfortable clothes!
